GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Fee of AED 15 is applicable per room per night and is payed by guests directly upon check-out.

RATES VALIDITY

The above mentioned rates are valid for individual reservations for up to 9 rooms only and group rates will be available upon request.

MEAL POLICY

Buffet breakfast will be served at All Day Dine In Restaurant.

Lunch and Dinner are served at All Day Dine In Restaurant with set menu.

ACCOMODATION FEATURES

Due to hotel's room configuration only one extra bed can be accommodated in the hotel rooms.

NO extra bed available for Superior and Connecting room categories.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the accommodation not utilized. Peak Exhibition/event dates – 100% of the remaining room charges and for normal periods – 50% of the remaining room charges

NAME CHANGES: Amendment of names, arrival and departure dates for confirmed bookings will be considered as new booking requests and as a cancellation of the original one at any period.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

• Check-in time: 14:00

• Check-out time: 12:00

The hotel will endeavor to provide rooms upon arrival for all guests, however, this cannot be guaranteed until 1400hrs on the day of arrival. For guaranteed availability the room must be booked the night prior and will be charged as per contracted rate.

Late check out between 12:00hrs and 18:00hrs will be charged to 50% of the contracted rates and after 18:00hrs full day charges will apply subject to availability of rooms.
